Rwanda Ride - 50 Miler
Almost broke 4 hours but accident along the single track and being behind a bunch of slow riders hurt and then I got cramps the last 2-3 miles.
Rode this hard and spent a lot of time in Tempo and LT Zone.

Everyone asked where Nick was. Many stories were circulating. Some said he was scared, others said he couldn't bare to see me with my new bike and others said he was bonking elsewhere due to no carbs.

Goal was to run at your marathon pace which with the grade % equates to your 10K pace.

Very tough.
