Decided to go for an hour. Felt ok until about 45 minutes, when started getting tired. Quads were very sore at the start, but ok after a mile or so. Ran Port Orchard Blvd hill in 10:15, within a minute off my best ever. Foot not getting worse, which is good. Tomorrow is travel day, no running. Home on Thursday
