Training Log Archive: Hardcore

Not sure the problem, but today it is harder to walk than it was before the cortisone shot. Yesterday felt ok, but today the knee feels different than before the cortisone shot, but more discomfort. Will give the knee a couple of days to completely drain and for the shot to make full impact. But worried there is something else work with my knee.
