Martin Rd & Midway. Just cannot waste the good weather, good surface days; mid-30s. Out in 48:18 (7:48), back in 45:52 (7:24). Felt very good.

Nice easy run on warm morning - mid 40s. Easy week of running after three 60+ mile weeks. Only need 148 miles over the next 26 days to reach 2,600 for the year. Last night was first solid night of sleep in a couple of weeks - felt much better running.

Indoors at BSU. At 10.5 miles, dropped in a 3:13 800. Except for the quick 800 the run felt easy.

Shoulder still sore from last Jan 1st fall, but best it has felt trying to lift. Will ease back into this with light weights.

Easy run, 34 degree afternoon. Ran 24 of 30 days for 248 mile month, biggest since May. 2432 for year, only need 168 miles in December for 2,600 for the year. Over the last 9 months ran 2093 miles for an average of 232.5 per month.
