27 degrees with a 21 mph wind - another crappy April Day. Pike Lake Loop. Really beat the last six miles, with much of it into the wind, but held pace. Very tired. Need to get in some 15-18 mile runs to help keep me from dying in the last 5K of the 1/2 marathon. Last two 1/2 marathons I have died after the 10 mile mark.

Nice walk with the dog. After 7 straight days and 71 miles, needed to rest this body.

Easy afternoon run. A 71 mile week (7 days) and 215 mile month feels good. First 3 months of the year ran 56 of 91 days for 546 miles. Not bad mileage for the number of days missed. Need to keep it going through April and May.

43 degrees, ran after the rain stopped, so decent running day. At 206 miles for month; first 200 mile month since Dec. Getting the grove back.

47 degrees and little wind. Harder and longer than I planned, but needed a good workout and did not want to waste a good weather day. Ended up a tempo run: 38:16 (7:39s) - 37:25 (7:29s). Body is feeling better.

42 degrees and sunny - a wonderful day for running. Had to keep it short as I have run 39 miles in the last three days. Nice easy run.
