Early morning run - early for me 8:15. Nice morning, 44 degrees and a slight north wind.

Nicer than yesterday - 48 degrees but with a 25 mph east wind - a couple of westward miles were 7:50. Got in what I needed for the day.

Waterfront Trail Race. Was not a race effort, just a nice workout. Cold and windy. Fun evening will all the people there. Was overdressed to run too fast. 55th out of 140 runners.

Really crappy weather outside, so ran indoors at UWS. Solid workout - hard but still a workout. From mile 1 thru 11, ran 74:43 (38:10/36.33); of course a 70 PR. The ten-mile time is 1:12 under the MN over 70 unaided record. Needed a solid workout to help me mentally. Getting some fight back in my running.

37 degrees, light rain and east wind at 24 mph. Crummy day for a run, but at least got in some miles.

45 degrees and east wind. Ran fairly even pace.
