A "back in the day" workout, only slower. 68 minute continuous running including Track workout. Track workout: 8x100, ran straights, jogged turns; 4x200 (200 jog rest): 46.1, 44.7, 42.8, 41.5; 8x100 ran turns, jogged straights. Did not time 100s, but they had to be 21-22. Ran to H'town track and back with some side runs. Felt good during a good old track workout; had not done any track workout in well over a year. Once a week on the track should generate some speed in these old legs.
