No run today. Had a lower-body massage and a visit to the chiropractor. My legs fell better and I am aligned. Visit the Chiropractor and again on Thursday.
70 degrees with low humidity. Last long run. Thought the pace was much slower as this was an easy run. Solid final week of training. Averaged a 7:51 pace for the last two weeks - 109 miles. Over the last 14 weeks averaged 50 miles a week. Guess I am ready.
