Tough day. Nearly everything went wrong, but ended up winning the 70+ age group; actually was second over 60 runner. Out at 20:55 through 3, then started falling apart. However did pass 10 miles in 73:32, which is a few seconds faster than the MN over 70 record - but no official time for 10. Just happy to have finished semi-upright and now have recovered.

Another day off from running. 4 to 5 tomorrow, then hope for the best on Saturday - recent weather report does not look good, but hopefully will be ok on race day. Getting antsy.

Easy run on a misty morning. Hamstrings felt the best they have in a month or so. Had to hold back today - feeling great.

No run today. Had a lower-body massage and a visit to the chiropractor. My legs fell better and I am aligned. Visit the Chiropractor and again on Thursday.
