21:52-5K/22:49-5K. Out the door and went for it; no warm-up. Too fast first couple of miles. Backed off at 5K and tried to finish feeling ok. 7:06, 6:56, 7:07, 7:17, 7:24. 7:28. Solid workout to finish a very good week of training. 74 degrees and slight wind. On Arrowhead, so rolling terrain with no long hills.
68 degrees and a north wind. Last two miles were net uphill and into the wind: 7:30, 7:16. Still somewhat tired from the 1/2 marathon. Ran 178 miles for June. 1145 miles for the first half of the year. Have only run 122 days, which means I have missed 60 days of running. Still have a shot at a 2,400 mile year.
