15 degrees, with a zero w/c. Happy to get out and get in some miles. Back still sore, but at least I can run now.

Taking another day off as my back needs more rest time. The lower back gets worse as I age. While the accident that injured my back was from the normal stupidity of a 10 year old, I should be happy just to walk.

10 degrees, -5 w/c and sunny. Footing was ok, but too much slipping and sliding for my bigly sore back.
