Nice walk on Rocky Run with dog. Snow was frozen so did not sink much. 18 degrees and sunny. No run day as mile is tomorrow.

February is back - 29 degrees with a 10 mph wind. But felt ok and footing was good. Easy run after the last few workouts

UWS Indoor: Included warm up and cool down plus intervals. Tried to run a little slower as I wanted to run as a miler, with miler form instead of trying to sprint with faster intervals. 2x400: 94, 91; 2x300: 67, 67; 4x200: 45, 46, 44, 44; 4x100: all at 22 point. Ran with Dan for some of the intervals.

Another super February day for running: 45 degrees with a 10 mph wind. Needed a hard road effort: 7:23 (with wind), 7:10 (down), 7:28 (into wind), 7:10 (up). Felt good.

Mid-50s! Haines Rd/Twin Ponds along Skyline. Beautiful day for a run - over dressed of course.
