At H'town track: 7:42, 7:29, 7:28, 7:40, 7:30. Just wanted to run sub-8s. Was too fast at this point in my training, but foot ok. Wonderful 60 degree day, but stiff wind out of the east.
40 miles last two weeks. Not much, but it really helps
Snow/sleet and 34 degrees. Was not going to run but Claudia said, "Hardcore runs in the snow"; shamed me into it. Happy I ran. Try to add a little distance each day - slowly.
7.1 Kilos for my 71st birthday; on Arrowhead. 8:20, 7:52 then into the wind 7:58, 7:52, 3:11. First time I felt like a runner in awhile. Was not favoring my right foot. Still a long way to go, but at least a decent run.
