Global Running Day, June 7th, ran 7 miles in 57:07 in 77 degree weather. A good day for a guy in his 70s. Over 700 miles for the year.

Easy run and another nice day for running. 230 miles last 31 days. A 10 miler tomorrow or Thursday and then taper.

Nice day for an easy run. 68 degrees but felt warmer.

82 degrees and windy but the humidity is low. Ran easy because of the heat so was very surprised at my time.

Felt sluggish after yesterday but felt better the more I ran; finished last mile in sub-8. Averaged 52 miles/week for four weeks and 47 miles/week for 6 weeks. Feeling like a runner again.

77 degrees - warm day for a long run. Took my water belt with me, but could have used more water. First five miles I was floating, then had to work, then struggled for awhile, then the last mile was great. Going to take some time to adjust to warmer weather. Last 12 miler before the half, probably one more 10 miler.

Most of the Hermantown yard. Tired and it was warm, so mowed instead of running.
