running 50:36 [3] 6.7 mi (7:33 / mi)

Bemidji. 62, misty and humid. Great run. Next two days need to be slower as I need some rest before the 5K on July 4th. Going to run 4-8 milers for awhile so I get spring back in the body and enjoy the running again. Good week of running.

running 51:30 [3] 6.2 mi (8:18 / mi)

Easy morning run. Cool but humid. Low mileage month and year so far. 136 miles for the month; but tapered for the half and then took 8 days off of after the half. 792 miles for the year; still have a decent shot at 1800 for the year. I have now run 8588 miles since I started by comeback 46 months ago, an average of 187 miles per month.

running 54:00 [3] 6.8 mi (7:56 / mi)

Felt like a real runner today. Smooth and easy. 62 degrees, a little cool for the end of June, but I like it.

Wednesday Jun 28, 2017 #

running 33:20 [3] 4.2 mi (7:56 / mi)

Went for a short run in the light rain, then at about 2 miles in poured.

Tuesday Jun 27, 2017 #

running 1:00:00 [3] 7.2 mi (8:20 / mi)

Nice run on a 70 degree day

mowing 1:00:00 [3]

Walking 20:00 [3]

Walk behind the HS with the dog. Slower and shorter as Ophie's heart problems are slower her down. But she enjoys her walks
