MN Mile. Tough course. 3:09-3:21. Hard effort but not a reach down hurting effort. Elite race was 4:07 a good 10 seconds slower than what they would have run on a flat course. So my time was not too bad. 44 fo 428.
Out at around 8:20s. Coming back had to walk and jog. Trouble breathing and just out of gas. Worse run in years. Pulse get real rapid a couple of times, then was ok. Just take a couple of days off and see how I feel. Probably just cumulative fatigue.
