Wow, 40 degrees. Was a bit overdressed. Along Skyline from Haines to Central entrance. Felt great and felt easy. Always a beautiful run.

34 degrees; been some time since running at an above freezing temp. Not much traffic so was able to run mostly on the roads as the shoulders were sloppy. 53 miles in the past seven days after only 63 in December. Getting back into the running.

Soft snow and a bit slippery, but 25 degrees with a wind. Nice and sunny. Still tired, hence another easy run

Legs tired after last night's run. The shoulder were a little soft today, but it was a slow day for me, so it all worked out. 10 degrees and a slight wind.

At UWS in the evening. First 7 miles @ 7:53 pace, then kicked the last mile in 6:55. Felt great.
