Faster than I wanted to run, but had to stay warm. 25 degrees with a 10-15 mph west wind. From Brighton Beach toward town on the bikepath/lakewalk. Back to back 11 milers, and 50+ mile weeks; 168 for the month with 4 days left.

A very warm 44 degrees, with a 12 mph SW wind. Overdressed and had to peel off one layer. Run felt very good. Lavaque-SLRR-Ugstad

At UWS after teaching. Felt nice and smooth, even pace.

25 degrees with a cold NE wind. Was scheduled as a short/slow day, which is good since that is all I could do. Footing was poor overall. But felt good out shuffling in the fresh snow.

On the Lakewalk with Tom & Jess; also Dan, Kathi, and Bill in the early miles. Out in 41:30, back in 37:50.

running 38:00 [3] 4.5 mi (8:27 / mi)

Before and after the group ran, wanted to get in 60 miles for 7 days. Ran 84.6 miles for last 10 days. Now some rest. 131 miles for January v. 63 in December, with 10 days to go.
