14 degrees and no wind. As always, reaching the point where I cannot mentally fight the cold - get so tired of the cold days. Today felt good.

At UWS - evening run. 10 miles - 78:05 (40:45-37:20) with a 7:04 (3:35-3:29) last mile. First nine felt very comfortable, last mile hurt.

Tuesday Feb 6 #

Only 8 degrees, but little wind. Was tired after yesterday's run. But got in a decent run.

Monday Feb 5 #

On the Lakewalk - first 5 were a little fast, 8:10s, then eased off and the footing got worse. 11 degrees. Nice run.

Sunday Feb 4 #

1 degree. All of this running in single digit above/below is taking a toll. 20 degrees is ok, but week after week of this crap is getting to me.
