Warm 26 degrees with stiff west wind. Had planned on 11-2 miles, but body said only 8!

High teens temp, but felt colder - sunny day. Nice relaxed run.

38 degrees and light SW wind. Had planned on running 8:15-20 pace, but felt so nice out just ran faster. Another good workout.

Short run in 27 degree weather, then saw Dr. Joe my chiropractor for a great adjustment, then a full body massage, topped off with two bowls of Claudia's homemade turkey-soup. Life doesn't get better than this.

Only 6 degrees, but very little wind, hence felt ok. Very surprised that my legs felt good today, after the miles over the weekend. Good sign I am making progress.

Ran my 8 mile loop, then my 6 mile loop, so I could get water. Going out the wind was tough, second time the wind tougher and I was tired. First 4 @ 8:29, second 4 @ 8:17; next 3 @ 8:33, last 3 at 8:12. Much faster than planned, but fought the wind and then rode the wind. The marathon is 18 weeks away, hence lots of time to get in longer runs. Need to slow the runs and add mileage. 14 degrees
