80 degrees! Easy run after the last three days, with the heat the last couple of miles I was getting tired.

Another solid workout - need to back off to avoid injury. 31.6 miles last 3 days average about 7:48 pace. 60 degrees, great day for running.

70 degrees but did not feel that warm. Felt very good today. Not that hard of an effort. Last 3 miles @ 7:27 pace. Great back-to-back workouts. 800 miles for year to date.

Was suppose to be a 20 miler, but just did not have it today. 68 degrees. Possibly the warm weather or just an off day. At 10 knew I would not make it, so decided on just a 1/2 marathon. Still a decent workout - not many 72 year olds can run a 1:43 1/2 for a workout on a off day. Am a little worried about the marathon, as I have not been able to get in any 20 milers.

Mid-40s, had to dig out my light gloves. Run felt great.

Weekend of moving and running did me in, had to take a day off to rest.
