Windy day, but sunny and high 50s.

428 miles last 8 weeks, 53.5 average. Should have more long runs, but have lots of middle range hard runs. Hope that works for the marathon in four weeks.

Around Movil Lake. Low 60s, sunny, with some south wind. Felt very good. Surprised how nice the pace felt; very even pace.

67 at the start and 80 when I finished. Melted out there. Very slow up the hills and not very fast down. Toughest 11 miler in a long time.

77 degrees but felt hotter - not use to nice weather. Easy run on sore legs.

Morning run with Jeff in St. Peter. Started easy, followed by a big mother hill. Then we got into a nice rhythm, running 7:40s for the last 6 miles - about 4.5 for Jeff. 60 degrees, but with some humidity. Beautiful area for running.
