Another hot one. I ran at 8:30 am, but could not beat the heat: 83 degrees, 60 dp. Even 5 mile splits: 40:46, 40:49.

Beautiful day for a run - mid-60s and light wind.

Out @ 8:02s and back in 7:49s, with last 4 @ 7:40s. Was trying to reduce the slowdown, but was actually picking up the pace. Super run, after the hard 11 miler two days ago.

About pace for a 3:27:30 marathon. Take that any day. Very, very tired.
