running 27:48 [3] 3.5 mi (7:57 / mi)

Did three short loops (1.1) at Bagley, plus back and forth to the parking lot. Did this in memory of Dan. Would normally have taken the day off, but needed a couple of miles for a 250 mile month. Ended at 251.7, biggest month in three years.

1017.5 for the year; 361 miles ahead of last year at this time.

Tuesday May 29, 2018 #

running 52:00 [3] 6.2 mi (8:23 / mi)

Easy run on a nice morning for running - 65 and sunny.

1,004 miles for the year.

Monday May 28, 2018 #

running 2:26:58 [3] 18.6 mi (7:54 / mi)

From Brighten Beach to the 9 mile mark and back. Foggy until mile 17; lucky me. Mid-60s. Out at 8:05, back at 7:44. Started getting tired at 14, but finished strong, with a 7:27 last mile.

Something wrong with the mile marks. Running even effort:
Mile 12, 7:44; Mile 13, 8:17, Mile 14, 7:49.

Body is beat up, but I feel very good about the run and my training
