On the track at H'town. Just a 15 minute run. Felt better. Wow, have I lost a lot of conditioning in 6 weeks! Ran the first mile in 7:39, then backed off a bit. Pleased. Need to run sub 6:50 at the MN Mile to max points toward ROY. Got 9 days :) Ran in HOKA - Bondi 6. Hope the HOKAS help the knee.
