At the lake. Was suppose to be 2.5 miles, but made a mistake :) Felt good. Last mile 7:35. The HOKAS are making me run more upright, which is good and shorten my stride, which is ok. I'll be back.

On the track at H'town. Just a 15 minute run. Felt better. Wow, have I lost a lot of conditioning in 6 weeks! Ran the first mile in 7:39, then backed off a bit. Pleased. Need to run sub 6:50 at the MN Mile to max points toward ROY. Got 9 days :) Ran in HOKA - Bondi 6. Hope the HOKAS help the knee.

Walked around campus, indoors, between classes. A start.

Light running during xc practice. At least doing something. Best the knee has felt since it went bad.

Not sure if arthritis is an injury. But might be out for a few more days. But plan to run again. Doc is concerned about the long term, but hopes with a cortisone shot and some PT he can get me on the roads again. So, I'll be back.
