Hard effort on the track. Hoped to get under 7 - made it: 1:44, 1:143, 1:45, 1:42; big kick last 200 meters :) Was hard. Want to break 7 at the Duluth Mile Friday, but will be hard to do on that course.
At the lake. Was suppose to be 2.5 miles, but made a mistake :) Felt good. Last mile 7:35. The HOKAS are making me run more upright, which is good and shorten my stride, which is ok. I'll be back.
