Ran the MN Mile. 6:40.8. Splits 3:20/3:20 - stunned that I could run the second half that fast. But there were a lot of people to pass, which pulled me along. Was 58 out of 566 total runners. Did not feel anything in the knee during the race and not now. Very pleased. I am not done yet.

Hard effort on the track. Hoped to get under 7 - made it: 1:44, 1:143, 1:45, 1:42; big kick last 200 meters :) Was hard. Want to break 7 at the Duluth Mile Friday, but will be hard to do on that course.
