Pumpkin Run. 29 degrees and windy and a tough course. Was pleased. First over 70 and 15th overall. Knee and hamstring felt ok during the race, but once I warmed up after the race, both a little sore. Very pleased. Good end to the season, even if it was my slowest 5K ever by nearly a minute.

Mid-50s, had to run. Knee sore, hamstring sore, back sore - I am falling apart, but got in a run. Running the Pumpkin Run tomorrow.

Nice run, felt very good. 34 degrees, dry and very little wind. Hope I can maintain this light running. Went over 1,500 miles for the year; should be able to top 1,612 miles last year.
