Finally, after two months of no running and only 160 miles the past six months, I ran. On the Lakewalk. Would run 2 minutes, then walk one minute, repeat. Some soreness in knee, will probably take a few days the knee to feel healed. Wow, it is going to be a long road back, but hopefully I can do it. 88 days until the 1/2 marathon; lots of work ahead of me. But just take it slow and easy for now.
