Note

Knee was feeling better, so went for a run yesterday; lasted one minute. Knee actually hurt trying to run. Afterward the knee was sore from trying to run. Waiting for a call back from the Ortho Doc's office. Do not expect any good news at this point.

Knee is not making progress. Could not run when I tried yesterday. So back to the Doc to see what the problem is. Can walk OK, but stairs are a challenge and running is too difficult.

Faster than yesterday, but was dressed lighter as I had faith I could run 2 miles. My per mile pace for 2 miles was the time I used to run for 2 miles. Then walked a full mile after. Knee worse than yesterday. Not sure if it is the knee joint or the muscles around the knee, as I am doing strengthening exercises for the knee. Rest tomorrow then see what happens on Tuesday.
