Two miles non-stop on the Lakewalk @ 18:13 - 9:16/8:57. Very pleased. That was all that I had tonight, but feels good running two miles with no walking. Never thought I would be excited about knocking on the door of a sub-18 two-mile, but it is what it is.
On the Lakewalk. 3 minutes jog/1 minute walk for 2.5 miles (25:25), then last half-mile in 4:55 - just shuffling the last 200 meters. Long way to go, if my knee holds up. But better than nothing.
