From home to the Lakewalk, to Brighton Beach, to 61, and return. Out in 30:15, back in 32:40. Much better coming back than a few days ago. Really need to build strength to go up the hills. But getting better.

Biked 6 of 7 days for 58 miles. Not a lot for bikers, but a solid start to my biking career.

No exercise for the next week as tomorrow I have surgical excision to remove a melanoma mole on my nose. Not looking forward to the procedure.

I'll be back.

Ride thru UMD and Harley. The biking shorts help, but butt still sore. I hate the downhills; nothing to do except watch for cars.

At Chester Park. Butt sore, so decided to walk. Nice day. Will probably walk at least one day a week in the park. Got biker shorts today, so back on the bike tomorrow.

From home to Superior and Hwy 61 and back. First attempt up the hill from the Lakewalk to home. From 36th & the Lakewalk to 4th Street and Wallace (the Cathedral) was 14 minutes - very tough minutes. Feel find.
