Rainy and windy weather, slippery leaves, traffic and new road constructions made the session both annoying and harder than expected. But nice to be in motion for an hour.

The intensity at work the last couple of weeks made me replan. Cancelled Gotland. Going for a weekend at home. Haningenatten showed up as an nice O-event though.

Haningenatten, H21, tricky as always. Had a look at my notes from last year. My take-aways back then was: Keep down the speed in the tricky parts and use attckpoints closer to the controls. The speed was easy to keep down due to Im not perfectly cure and I tried to keep the attackopint idea in mind.

Started off good; did even notice the control points before the reflex on the first five controls, and thats not how it use to be for me on night-o. Did a massive mistake on the network of paths on a long leg to 6th. At least 8 min and motivation dropped. Second part of the course was ok, with a few ups and downs.

Positive feeling after the run even though its a huge time gap to the top runners.
