Orienteering 1:38:00 [4] 12.9 km (7:36 / km)
ahr:186 max:197 shoes: Salomon Spikecross 3 (2017)

From Skäret to Knivsta and Långhundra long.
The start up week at work has hit me quite hard. Have been feeling tired and low on energy the last couple of days. And that was the conditions at start aswell. Wasnt really on my toes. "Unforteunately" I spiked nr1 and it incorrectly boosted my confidence, resulting in time loss on 2, 3 and 4. Then entered tricky Lunsen area and kept on missing on 6 and 7. Straighted up my orieneering a bit but felt tired towards the end and had some direction issues.

Pretty sure I would run this race 15 minutes faster if I had the same motivation, preparation and flow as during Oringen. Ah well, the main goal today was to be out in nice uppland terrain and that is accomplished. Even though I remember Lunsen as even more spectacular, and less bushy.

Its about time for me to train som orienteering, not just race orientereering.
