Poorly executed orienteering at Vinterserien in Harbo, A-course. Didn't´ have my legs nor my head with me today. Didn't managed to get warmed up, no power uphill, no speed; no focus, no attackpoint routine, bad direction and repeatedly confused i the control area. Acted like a loose canon - got both the best and the worst split-times.
Oh well, nice day out; but time to tune in my orienteering a bit.
