Cancelled Nattuglan due to right hamstring. I think the best Idea is to not run for a couple of days. Was a little bit to ambitious yesterday. Had probably trained today if this was in November but now there is not to much time if some problems shows up.

Club intervals, 4 x 4 min on 3 min rest. Hold back a bit since I know this type of intervals often gives me muscle pain.
(Didnt help, got myself some negative muscle soreness in my right hamstring)
