Snättringe middle, H21, at Mörtsjö area. Lost about a minute at no3 due to bad direction, smashed my compass into molecules at no6 and a bit of running-on-chance on the paths at the end was to things on the bad side today. Good things, on the other hand, was my splits to no4, no5, no11 and the way I managed to orienteer without compass in race speed (in this terrain) at no6-no11. Overall a good run but without the miss on no3 and the time loss at the end it would have been great.
Im better off to Orienteeringsspecialisten to buy a compass and a new pair of shoes.

Snättringe long at Mörtsjön, H21. Physically though as always in Mörtsjö area. Nice course except a quite boring loop at the end after running through the arena. Legs a bit tired, one big miss and lost concentration at the end. Turned out I miss punched, didn't check codes good enough where two controls were really close. I believe this was the first time ever. Embarassing.

Tiomilarepet, H21L, first leg.
Felt sick all afternoon, frozen and tired. Wasn’t very motivated. Couldnt really got the relay feeling at start and had of course a hard time to followed the group. Ended up myself, both due to speed and gaffels. Was by myself from no1. Was anoyed and dissappointed. Followed it up by a potpurri of bad route choices to no2 and no3. Got no4-5 . Was about to cut it short but realized I had an ok pace and orienteered well in the control areas. Did well in the dark and ran together with a oks guy for the last three controls. Overall the performance was a bit lame but at least I ended up as the first centrum team.
