15 min warm up with flat strides. 30 mins: alternating 1 min @ 6:00 pace with 8% incline, 1 min @ 8:35 pace with 0% incline. 15 min cool down. Just realized that I made a mistake. I was supposed to keep it at an 8% incline for the walking. Would have been walking at a much slower pace if maintained the 8%.
