Junior Arrows Training at Belair National Park-
It was a lot of fun. Did a moderate course, a course where we had to read our control descriptions which were in international symbols and a course where we had to stick to a line on a map whilst looking around for a picture of a wombat!

Running hills 40:00 [3] 5.0 km (8:00 / km)

Went running at Sherperds Hill with my Dad. We ran up to the railway line and up a steep hill on the way back. Also saw a really cute koala!
