Parra-wirra orienteering course.
Made a really dumb mistake on a really easy control but other than that I did okay. I took the safe routes to all the controls because i didn't want to get lost. I am thankful that Bridget went over the control descriptions especialy the difference between a fence and a cliff. After the course Andrew showed me and Sarah his course (2) and it looked very hard. We discussed with him which ways we would go to controls, if looking at the map and giving up was not an option. I am glad i completed a course at Parra-Wirra alone because I am yet to do that.

School Runathon.
Chelsea and I ran the whole way. It was hard work but enjoyable at the same time. Total time includes stopping at traffic lights.

Stretching because I am doing the 10km Runathon tomorrow with Chelsea.

Ran from my house to the end of Cashel street and back. The street was a slight incline.I was aiming to get under 5mins a km and managed to do so. Ran a lot faster on the way back because I was running downhill.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3] 3.0 km (5:00 / km)

Run up to the oval and then back home again. Ran a lot faster on the back from the oval as it was getting dark.

Running intervals 15:00 [4] 2.55 km (5:53 / km)

1 x 450m with stretching in between. 2 x 450m with more stretching in between. 1 x 1200m and then ran home. My school has finally allowed a secondary cross country team to compete at Oakbank in early June.
