Note

When I got home I got my map from today and compared I from my map from last year at the Flinders Rangers last year and it was amazing. I was doing easy courses and followed the same creek from the start all the way to the finish, whereas now i am reading contours and doing all this other complex navigation.

Orienteering 42:00 [3] 3.9 km (10:46 / km)

I navigated really well today. The course was more like a hard moderate course which i really liked. At every control I stopped, orientated and folded my map. Because I did this I didn't make any navigational mistakes, I just wasn't running that fast. Andrew will be happy because i used my compass as a tool to navigate and not a fashion accessory. I was really happy with my run.

I ran and navigated pretty well today besides number 5. It was more of a running course though.
