Ran up the adventure trail at Mount Lofty with my Dad. Was really misty whilst running. Did not run too fast as we didn't want to slip. Only saw one person!

Put tapes out on the control locations of the short course at CLG, and tapes for two other courses around the school for some orienteering training for Chels. She managed to do the short course in quite a good time.

Orienteering intervals at CLGPS, had to avoid several parts of the school that has changed
