Lochiel Park Sprint
Enjoyed this course a lot. I had to be really careful not to overshoot controls. Once again came last on the finish split! I am over 10 minutes faster than the sprint I did at Lochiel 2 years ago.

24 laps at the pool. I haven't swam for almost a year. Doing a triathlon in a week and a bit so I am trying to improve my swimming before then.
