Orienteering 27:27 [3] 4.5 km (6:06 / km)

Final Sprint event for the series. Definitely the hardest event of the series. Made a lot of stupid mistakes and was generally slow. I liked how the course was longer. I was feeling so mentally and physically tired.

Wednesday Feb 24, 2016 #

Swimming 13:27 [3] 0.75 km (17:56 / km)

Super fun triathlon. Entered the state level not come n try and there were some really really good people.
Swim was through west lakes. Water was so disgusting.

Cycling 45:32 [3] 18.0 km (2:32 / km)

Cycle leg was hard. I was so slow conpared to everyone else who had several thousand dollar bikes

Running 25:21 [3] 5.2 km (4:53 / km)

I was so exhausted after the swim and cycle. My legs felt so weird. Run route was along the lake which was nice.

Running 23:10 [3] 5.1 km (4:33 / km)

I then did the teams event after that. Our team came second out of 20 or so. I tried my best to run hard but I was just so exhausted.

22 laps at the Marion Aquatic Centre. Time a guess. Nice to have a change of scenery at the bottom of the pool!!!!

Skipping 2:30 [3]

Cycling 50:00 [3] 16.0 km (3:08 / km)

Cycled to Edwardstown oval, cycled 10km around the oval and then cycled home.
