Stretching 10:00 [3]

Running 12:00 [3] 1.5 km (8:00 / km)

Warm up/down
Glad Alyce and my Dad came to park run for the first time

Running 21:50 [3] 5.0 km (4:22 / km)

New Parkrun PB! Simon was a really good pacer for me which helped me to stay consistent.
I usually find I have relatively good posture/style/speed in the first 2km or so but later in the race my style degrades as I am tired and thus I become less efficient. I was trying hard in the second half to keep a good running style so I could maintain my pace.

Running 30:24 [3] 5.35 km (5:41 / km)

Around the suburbs to get my km up for the Garmin challenge.
