Orienteering 23:12 [3] 2.7 km (8:36 / km)

Course around Shepherds. Began with three short legs then a massive leg straight up the hill. The rest of the course was down hill. Bearing 7-8 was wayyyyyy off! It was nice of Bridget to organise this. :)

Orienteering 18:32 [3] 1.92 km (9:39 / km)

Attempted line course. I didn't want to get wet feet so i didn't cross the creek at the end.

Orienteering 42:47 [3] 8.2 km (5:13 / km)

Course 1 6.2km @North Adelaide
A few 5 sec mistakes but pretty clean other than that. Fell over going to three. 13 was so funny because the control was supposed to be on a bench but it had been removed so someone set up their camping fold out chair and said it was the control!!! Got stopped a few times at lights but that is all part of urban o.

Cycling 30:00 [3] 14.4 km (2:05 / km)

After dinner

Strength and Conditioning 5:00 [3]

Cycling 30:00 [3] 15.0 km (2:00 / km)

30 minutes extra sleep or 30 minutes in the bike?! Distance is not right.

Running 1:00:13 [3] 7.38 km (8:10 / km)

Shepherds long run through some slippery terrain at night. Did 4 x hill intervals at the end when I was feeling tired.

I just booked my flights to Canberra and I'm broke :(
