Orienteering 30:00 [3] 2.5 km (12:00 / km)

Sprint intervals around Mack Creek with Abby, Jo and Rohan. Found a cool tunnel.

Orienteering 1:50:00 [3] 7.8 km (14:06 / km)

Hard course around leg of Mutton. Good fun and it was really nice of the twins dad to put out tapes, make control descriptions and courses.

Saturday Sep 9 #

Running 22:08 [3] 5.15 km (4:18 / km)

Zoo course at parkrun which was different but nice. Path road works so a slight detour made the course a bit longer. Taking my jumper off was soo tough.

Orienteering 34:00 [3] 4.8 km (7:05 / km)

Old sprint course around Adelaide Uni. Had good flow and remembered to plan ahead. 13 days till nationals eek! Did 7km of walking in between park run bus stops etc.

800m at athletics. Came 3rd ..

Running 10:00 [3] 1.5 km (6:40 / km)

Other shorter events which all proved I am defs not a sprinter.

Re ran an old course at flinders Uni. Good as I haven't done sprint O for ages.
