Running long 2:15:00 [3] 22.0 km (6:08 / km)

Skipped Around the Bay, ran a long run this morning with Hilary instead. Was a surprisingly good run -- Hilary keeps the pace up, but I was able to suck it up and follow. Felt pretty strong at the end all things considered but going to be a bit sore! Probably a smarter idea than ATB.

Not sure of the distance - between 10-12l. Morning run with Hilary and Juliana. Felt hard, legs were not so excited to turn over. Seemed a little bit long considering it's the day before around the Bay. However, at least it got me out of bed before 9...

Wavering on running ATB. My running base has eroded the past few months (since early December), despite a decent week of running here and there. While i'm sure I could pound out 30k, not sure if doing it under race conditions is a great idea. Plus, the idea of sacrificing a day to a race is probably not a great idea right now considering work.

Back is feeling somewhat better today. Tried to make it to the LB run, but had to work too late. Did a 5k shakeout instead. Think it helped loosen up my upper back a bit.
