Legs, Bums and Tums with Danae. Found it quite easy until we did ab and glute work then I began to feel slight bit of pain in my hip reflex.

Very easy run today to loosen off and see how injury is. Went with Tom across fields towards the nab and then up into pott shrigley. Only slight bit of pain in the last 10 mins on right knee.
